This session helps managers build a clearer understanding of neurodiversity and make everyday management more inclusive. It explores different ways people think and work, the strengths neurodivergent colleagues may bring, and why it matters to ask what someone needs rather than make assumptions.

You’ll examine how familiar ideas of “professional” behaviour can unintentionally exclude people, then practise ways to make one-to-ones more open and effective. You’ll also explore how to respond when someone shares their needs, agree practical support and give feedback that is clear and easy to act on.

Throughout the coach-led session, you’ll apply the ideas to real situations in your team and leave with actions you can put into practice.

“31% of neurodivergent employees surveyed had not told their line manager or HR about their neurodivergence."
