Alice Willis
Alice set up Work Better with a clear aim of tackling big and broad issues related to workplace performance. Alice is involved across all aspects of the business from working with clients to understand their needs to helping coaches and trainers always deliver in the Work Better way.
Dr Tracy Johnson
Tracy oversees the delivery of all of our sessions. With over 20 years of coaching experience, she has worked with everyone from emerging talent to global CEOs. She is deeply committed to ensuring Work Better’s distinctive approach runs through all delivery, creating learning experiences that are energising, practical and consistently of the highest standard.
Bernadette Keogh
Bernadette is involved in the logistics and set up of all our services. We make working with us as easy as possible and Bernadette ensures this happens. She has experience in project management and supporting businesses through growth phases.
Steve Jefferys
Steve draws on senior leadership experience in consultancies and marketing agencies to support people in maximising where they make their best impact. His style is open and energetic and combines insight and challenge together with practical tools leaving participants with strategies they can immediately apply. Steve has worked across financial services, retail, telcos, healthcare, not-for-profit and professional services.
Beth Clare McManus
With a background in psychology, Beth specialises in helping teams and leaders work more effectively together. She has supported large organisations in retail and beyond to improve collaboration, strengthen relationships and build resilience. Beth’s coaching and facilitation style is down-to-earth, energising and practical, equipping participants with tools they can use immediately to foster performance and positive change.
Evva Semenowicz
Evva brings over a decade of experience in the creative industry, where she designed and led hundreds of workshops. At Work Better, she focuses on wellbeing, communication and creativity, blending facilitation expertise with her training in yoga and mindfulness. Her sessions foster presence, reflection and stronger connection, creating supportive spaces where participants can grow and perform at their best.
Sarit Vandegraaff
Sarit brings over 15 years of coaching and facilitation experience across corporate and social purpose sectors. Known for her high energy and engaging style, she helps individuals and teams explore robust questions, achieve clarity and drive tangible results. Based in Sydney, Sarit ensures clients across the APAC region experience Work Better’s consistent high standard of coaching and facilitation.
Beyond our core team, we have a network of certified coaches and facilitators who lead the delivery of our sessions. We work across the UK, Europe and APAC.
